Our candidate selection process is more extensive and demanding than most other recruiting firms. When compared to other recruiters, a higher percentage of the candidates we present to an employer are hired.  The industry average is between 1-5%. We are able to maintain a much higher success rate by carefully assessing the needs of our employers and then only presenting those candidates that are a true match to the needs of the employer.  Most employers hire the first or second applicant that we present.  We present only those candidates that meet the standards and requirements of the employer.

We do not present a candidate to a client without the permission of the candidate. We want to make sure our candidate is comfortable with the employer before they are presented.

We want our candidates to succeed so we do our best to understand their qualifications,  future goals, and their career objectives.  We present opportunities to our candidates that match their education, experience, and overall career plan.  We offer career advice and valuable information to our candidates.
